A lodge opened in 1992 on a farm beside the park, with two pools, rooms and camping. Read the reviews before you book: one listing scores it well, while a December 2023 review described a dilapidated, empty lodge. Its site footer dates from 2023 and game drives are still marked coming soon.

What the park charges on top
The rate above buys you a bed. Matobo National Park charges its own entry fee for every day you are inside. Here is what that adds up to.

World's View and the painted caves need a separate NMMZ ticket, $10 per non-resident adult, which is not included in these sums.

From $70 pp sharing, B&B. From the lodge's own site, no year given: double room $70 per person sharing and single $100, with breakfast; children under 12 $35, under 4 free. Lunch $15, dinner $20. Booking.com showed about $118 a night for two in September 2026.
What the rate covers is not confirmed. We do not know yet whether meals, drinks and activities are included, so read this as the bed only.
